毕业设计设计说明书 摘要：本高层商住楼为在福州市区拟建的一幢高层商住楼。在满足商场与住宅功能要求的前提下，结合现代的施工技术，采用现浇混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。该体系采用刚度较大、整体性较好框剪结构，框架与剪力墙协同工作，可由框架构成灵活的大空间，满足建筑的各功能要求，同时又有刚度较大的剪力墙，从而使框架剪力墙结构具有较强的抗风、抗震能力。 关键词：钢筋混凝土框架—剪力墙结构、建筑设计、结构设计 工程概况及使用材料： 本工程为总高度为54.00M的A 级高层商住楼，其地上17层，地下1层。总用地面积4352 m2，总建筑面积约13434m2。建筑平面采用“一字型”，这种结构体型能简单、规则、对称，与地理环境协调结合。其中，1—2层为商场，3—17层为住宅楼，每层四户，共52户。 地下室与1至8层商场混凝土等级为C40，其它层由于变混凝土强度等级、截面尺寸、梁板平面布置，因此共有9个标准层。地下室、1层商场、2层商场、3—10层、11-12层，13-16层、17层、屋顶层。梁板混凝土等级采用C30，梁纵筋采用HRB400,主梁箍筋与板的受力筋采用HPB300，次梁箍筋采用HPB300。剪力墙的受力纵筋采用HRB335，箍筋与分布筋采用HPB300。柱的受力纵筋采用HRB400,箍筋采用HPB300。基础承台和基础梁混凝土等级为C30，纵筋采用HRB400，箍筋采用HPB300。 建筑方案设计： 设计首先在满足规划、规范及使用功能的前提下，根据用地和周围环境来确定平面形状，本设计中的平面，采用“一字”型平面形式，能最大限度的做到采光与通风，贯彻国家的技术经济政策，充分利用天然光，创造良好光环境和节约能源Design Manual Abstract: The areas in Fuzhou, which will be proposed a high-rise mixed commercial and residential building .
