毕业设计（论文） SMT生产线运行与维护 摘 要 随着我国通讯、计算机及网络和电子类产品快速发展，促使SMT这一支撑高技术产品发展的基础技术，已逐渐由技术性探索走向成熟的实际生产应用阶段。应用的范围也由过去少数几个电子企业扩展到几乎各个行业。 SMT是一个系统工程，它涉及元器件及其封装和编带形式、PCB、材料及辅料、设计、制造技术和生产工艺、设备及备件、工装、检测和管理等多种要素，是一项综合性生产技术，只偏重某一环节或某几个环节，都不能实现真正意义上的良好运行。 诸如设计、工艺过程与SMT不相适应；生产过程效率低、消耗大；产品质量水平差；SMT设备运行不正常、故障率高，维修和保养工作跟不上，后期投入费用过大，造成设备长期闲置的后果等现象已成为一些SMT制造企业的首要问题。 如何科学合理地对 SMT生产线的进行建设、运行、维护、管理是目前SMT制造企业最为关心的问题。本文就上述几个方面的问题进行分析和研究，在自身生产经验的基础上借鉴目前SMT生产的成功企业的经验对SMT生产线的建设、运行、优化、维护、管理等相关方面做了较为详细介绍，为SMT已建生产线和待建生产线的运行、维护、管理提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：SMT，运行，维护，管理。 Abstract As Chinas?telecommunications, computer and?networks and?the rapid development of electronic products?to promote?hi-tech?SMT?products?that?support?the development of basic technology?has gradually?matured?from the?technical?to explore?the?practical application?stage.?Scope of?application of?e-business?from the past?few?extended total most every?industry. SMT?is a systematic project, which involves?components?of?the form of?packaging and taping, PCB,?materials and?accessories, design,?manufacturing technology?and production processes,?equipment and spare parts, tooling, testing?and management of a variety of?elements,?is an?Integrated production?technology,?only the?emphasis?of a link or a?few links, we cannot?achieve?real?good run. Such as design, process?and?SMT?are incompatible;?production?efficiency is low, large consumption;?poor?quality of products; SMT?equipment?is not functioning properly,?failure rate,?repair and maintenance?cannot keep up,?too?late?input costs, resulting in equipment. The phenomenon of long-term?consequences of?idle?SMT?manufacturers has become?some of?the most important issue. How to?scientifically and rationally?on the?SMT?production line?for construction, operation,?maintenance, management?is currently the?most?SMT?manufacturing?concern.
