It is a basic human right of workers to be protected by union. In modern society, trade union is not only an important economic and political power, but also an important social organization. any modern country must pay attention to the existence of the organization, and give full play to its functions, otherwise you will have serious problems and consequences . This paper attempts to summarize from the three aspects of our trade unions are facingthe situation and cause difficulties, and proposed some changes to the status que measures: First, the fundamental need to guarantee the legalstatus and rights of trade unions; the second is to change the administrative system in the role of trade unions Position; third is to strengthen the unions own ranks.
