PAGE XLVI 本 科 毕 业 设 计 题 目 XXXX办公楼设计 作 者： XXX 学科专业： 土木工程 指导教师： X X 完成日期： 2011.6 X X X X 大 学 毕 业 设 计 题目 题目： XXXX办公楼设计 　　 姓 姓 名：　 X X X　　　　　　 指导教师：　 X X　　　　　　 专 业：　 土木工程　　　　　　　 xx大学建筑工程学院 2011年 06月 摘 要 本毕业设计题目是南通创意公司办公楼设计，工程为框架结构，6层3跨，面积大约是5000m2。本建筑采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构体系，基础采用天然地基上的独立基础。 设计内容包括图纸和文本两部分。 文本部分包括建筑、结构设计说明，结构计算，施工方案设计和外文翻译。其中以结构计算为主，首先进行结构平面布置，选取一榀框架计算其恒荷载、活荷载和风荷载；然后计算框架在竖向荷载和风荷载作用下的内力，作出其弯矩、剪力、轴力图；最后将梁柱分别按照在可变荷载和永久荷载效应控制下进行内力组合，然后进行梁柱截面设计。同时计算了楼梯和基础的配筋。 图纸部分包括建筑图设计和结构图设计。 建筑图是依据工程要求以及相关规范设计。 结构图是使用2008版PKPM软件计算生成。在进行结构建模、荷载输入、楼层组装后，进行楼板配筋计算，生成楼板配筋图。然后使用SATWE进行梁柱的内力、配筋计算，生成梁柱施工图。最后进行基础设计，生成基础平面布置图和基础详图。 关键词： 框架结构， 内力计算， PKPM Abstract The graduation design topic is nantong originality company office building design, the engineering design of the office is frame structure, 6 layer 3 cross, the area is about 5000m2.
