Web OA办公系统的研究与实现 摘 要 办公自动化[1]是七十年代中期发展起来的一门综合性技术，九十年代以来，计算机科学和通信技术的飞速进展，为OA系统的发展创造了条件也提出了新的课题。它涉及到众多的方面，是计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术的综合应用。 本文在开发基于.NET平台的Web OA系统的工作基础上首先探讨了OA系统的发展历史，并比较分析了实现OA的各种技术。本系统分为三大主功能模块：人事管理、文档管理、系统管理，每个模块分前后台进行不同的使用和管理。模块前台进行一些基本的交流读、写和管理操作，后台对前台的数据、信息进行处理统计。人们可以通过登陆该系统，根据管理人员设定的权限对系统进行使用。 本设计基于B/S三层架构模式，采用ASP.NET作为开发工具，后台数据库采用SQL SERVER 2000数据库设计。利用ADO.NET数据库访问技术实现对数据库的各项管理操作，以Web Server作为服务器端来实现OA办公系统的基本功能及管理职能。在设计过程中，首先通过设计得到系统的应用原始模型，然后在此基础上进行需求分析，在详细设计阶段一边编写一边不断完善，经过测试阶段反复调试，最终完成了达到设计要求的系统。 关键词 B/S模式 办公自动化 OA . NET 数据库  Title The Research and Ddevelopment of OA System Abstract Office automation is a synthetically technique that originates in 70’s. The development of compunction lay a foundation for OA. It involves to numerous aspects of computer and is application of technology of computer, network and database. At first, the article discussed history of the OA system s development based on the work of developing the system in .NET platform. And then, analyses some kinds of OA technologie. This system is divided into three big and main function mold pieces: Personnel Manage, File Manage, System Manage, every mold is in front and back stages to carry on the different usage and managements. A front stage of mold carries on the basic operation such as exchanges read, writing and manages. The backstage carries on the processing and statistic of the data and information in the front stage. People can use the system with loginning into the system and the pepodom what the manager granted. This design is on base of the three floors mode B/ S. It adopts ASP.NET as development tool, and the backstage database adopts SQL SERVER2000 to design database. Using web server as Server-side and the technique of the ADO.NET database access achieve to various management operation of the database, and the basic and management function of OA system.
