烟 台 南 山 学 院 毕 业 论 文 题目 德邦物流发展现状及前景分析 姓 名： 李斌 所在学院： 管理科学与工程学院 所学专业： 物流管理 班 级： 2008级01班 学 号： 200805507176 指导教师： 常娜娜 完成时间： 2012-2-29 摘 要 近年来，随着国民经济的飞速发展，中国物流业的市场需求持续扩大。物流行业也成不断增长态势，物流体系不断完善，然而由于中国物流行业起步较晚，行业运行还有许多不成熟之处，大多都是中小民营物流企业，竞争力明显不足。.另外再加上近两年国际物流巨头不断开拓我国物流市场，我国物流企业更面临严峻的形势，因此充分认识当前我国民营物流业发展现状及问题，找出适合我国民营物流业发展的策略有非常重要的意义。 本文主要选取民营物流代表性企业（德邦物流）为研究对象，通过对德邦物流的SWOT分析，发现其主要存在运作体系薄弱，管理体制不完善；运营费用支出较大；物流管理人才缺乏；物流技术水平较低，物流设施利用不足，信息化建设亟待提高等问题。而且这些问题也是我国中小民营物流企业普遍存在的问题。对德邦物流上述存在问题的探讨和解决，可以使德邦物流企业认清当前的形势，也为我国第三方物流企业的发展提供借鉴。 关键词：第三方物流；德邦物流； SWOT分析；物流信息化  Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, Chinas logistics industry continues to expand the market demand. The logistics industry is flourishing, the logistics system perfects, however, due to Chinas logistics industry late start, there are a lot of imperfection in logistics industry, especially in small and medium-sized private logistics enterprises. Besides, their competitiveness is not strong. Apart from that, international logistics giant continuously develops our country logistics market in recent years, logistics enterprises of our country face more serious situation. Therefore it is of great importance to understand the development of China’s private logistics industry fully, and find out the suitable strategy for Chinas private logistics industry.
