PAGE 32 摘 要 随着我国加入世界贸易组织和经济全球化的发展，中国的制造业企业面临更加激烈的市场竞争。推进信息技术的全面应用，加强企业资源的整合与管理，已经成为制造业企业生存和发展的必由之路。然而在我国，中小企业的主体，其数量众多，管理模式灵活多变，在进行信息化建设方面也存在着许多与众不同企业的特点和问题。 本文实现了对符合我国中小制造企业要求与特点的ERP系统的设计和开发。通过全面研究ERP的基本原理，ERP技术国内外发展及应用现状，并结合中小制造企业特点，信息化过程中存在的问题，指出中小制造企业应用ERP技术必要且可行。本文在分析了现行ERP系统的功能与中小制造企业需求之间的缺口的基础上，提出符合我国中小制造企业要求的ERP系统的总体框架，功能模块及各模块间数据集成模型，并着重对其采购管理系统进行了详细的分析，设计与程序开发。 其次，根据生产管理系统的体系结构，阐述了工作原理和实现机制,同时对该系统所用到的数据库和编程技术作了详细的介绍。最后以采购管理为例实现个界面的操作。本文以蓝迅公司为对象完成系统各个模块的设计和实现。 关键词：企业资源计划，ERP系统，采购管理，数据库 Abstract With Chinas accession to the WTO and economic globalization, Chinas manufacturing enterprises face more intense competition in the market. Comprehensive application of information technology to enhance the integration and management of enterprise resources, has become a manufacturing business the only way to survival and development. However, in our country, the main body of small and medium enterprises, the large number of management flexibility in carrying out information technology there are also many unique characteristics and problems of enterprises. This paper mainly ERP in small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises application of production management. This realization of small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in line with our requirements and characteristics of the ERP system design and development.
