专家论坛 1 我国无缝钢管技术装备的现状及发展前景(上) 殷国茂 (攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司，四川 成都 610066) 摘 要:详细介绍了我国无缝钢管技术装备的发展情况。我国自1953年建成投产(D140mm自动轧管机组以来， 通过开发、研制以及引进，目前已是世界上拥有热轧管机组种类和规格最齐全，冷拔、冷轧管机的种类、规格也较 齐全的国家，但装备水平参差不齐，设备设计、制造力量分散。提出了我国应充分发挥现有先进装备的特长，加速 开发小型先进装备，改造部分现有的一般轧管机组，调整其分布，提高企业集中度，组建大型无缝钢管集团公司， 使我国从无缝钢管大国向无缝钢管强国发展的建议。 关键词:无缝钢管;装备;现状;发展方向 中图分类号:TG3-1;TG333.8 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-2311(2004)06-0001-04 CurrentSituationandDevelopmentProspectofTechnicalEquipment ofDomesticSeamlessSteelTube-makingIndustry(PartI) YinGuomao (PangangGroupChengduISCo.,Ltd，Chengdu610066,China) Abstract:Thetechnicalequipmentdevelopmentofdomesticseamlesssteeltube-makingindustryisdetailed.Since 1953whenthefirstdomestic中140mmplugmillwasputintooperation,thankstocontinualresearch,developmentand import,theseamlesssteeltube-makingindustryofthecountryhasbeenequippedwiththemostcompletehot-rolling millsintheworldintermsoftypeandproductsizerange,andalsoequippedwithcold-rolling(drawing)millswithconsi- derabletypevarietyandtubesizerange.However,thetechnicalequipmentlevelsovariesgeographically,andtheequip- mentengineeringandmanufacturingfirmsaresoscattered.Tospeedupthedomesticseamlesssteeltube-makingindus- tryandturnthecountryfromabigseamlesssteeltubeconsumerandproducerintoaworldpowerinthisregard,proposals havebeenputforward,includingfullytappingthecapacitiesoftheexistingadvancedequipment,gearingupdevelop- mentofsmallmodernmills,makingdistributionoftheconventionalpipemillsmoregeographicallylogicalandimpr- ovingthecentralizationofthemanufacturersaswellasbuildinguplarge-scalecorporations.
