Colors are closely related to the students’ daily life. By study of this unit, the Ss know how to read some colors in English and how to introduce someone with simple sentences,like,This is WU Yi fan. The study of this unit will help the Ss with daily communication,such as --Good afternoon! --Good afternoon! --Nice to meet you! --Nice to meet you,too. In this unit,On the one hand,Ss learn how to read some words and simple conversations;on the other hand,they begin learning how to write English letters. This is the first time they write in English.So the teaching materials pay attention to cultivating their correct habits of writing.
