摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是大连文翠苑小区2#楼建筑结构设计。 本建筑物呈长方形，长56.3米，宽13.1米。本设计采用现浇框架结构，主体为地上11层，总建筑面积为7580.68平方米，室内外高差为150毫米，抗震烈度按七度设防设计。此住宅楼造型简单，功能布置比较合理，能满足建筑功能基本要求。 在设计中，一方面把所学的知识运用到实际中去，熟悉国家有关规范，条例和规程；另一方面，由于现代化建筑的密度大，高度高，功能多，设备复杂，装修豪华，防火要求和管理自动化水平高等特点，需要各工种交叉配合，因此，吸收相关专业知识也是十分重要的。 结构设计包括结构模型的建立、结构荷载的计算、构件内力计算和构件选择及施工图绘制四个阶段。通常，将空间框架结构简化为平面框架，取出其中的一榀框架进行计算。设计计算书手算部分一榀框架恒荷载、活荷载作用下框架内力分析采用分层法。对于水平荷载作用下的内力计算采用反弯点法。 在计算中将手算与机算相结合，可以更好的掌握计算原理，同时可以对空间框架有一个充分认识的过程，做到完全与实际工程设计接轨。 通过此毕业设计，将课堂上学到的知识很好的应用到实际工程上去，为今后工作打下一个基础。 关键词：建筑结构设计、框架-剪力墙结构、一榀框架、荷载 ABSTRACT The title of this graduation design is Dalian Wencuiyuan Residential Community Building 2 building structural design. The shape of this building is rectangle, 56.3 meters long and 13.1 meters wide. The system is frame - shear wall structure, there are 11 floors above ground, total building area is 7580.68 square meters, the difference between indoor and outdoor is 150mm, the earthquake resistance intensity is seven degrees to establish. The shape of this residential building is simple, and the function is reasonable, so it can satisfy the basic requirement of the life. In the design, on the one hand, it needs to make use of the knowledge we have learned in practice, and know relevant codes, rules and standards in our country well; on the other hand, the modern building is high, and has the characteristic of high density, complex functions, complicated equipments, luxury decoration, high fire-resistant requirement , etc, and it calls for cooperation from different field.
