毕业设计说明书 邯郸市邯山区停车需求预测及 停车设施规划管理研究 专 业 交通工程 指导教师 河北工程大学土木工程学院 2010年5月28日 摘 要 邯郸是历史悠久的文化古城，由于历史的原因，城市交通用地明显不足，停车场地更少。近年来，随着邯郸市经济的迅速的发展，人民的生活水平有了很大的提高，全市的机动车保有量、交通量与人均出行次数也与日俱增，随着交通拥堵问题也渐渐突显出来，因交通而产生的附加问题也日益严重。 本文首先对邯郸市停车场现状问题进行分析，分析邯郸市现状停车设施存在的问题，然后进行停车需求预测，最后进行停车设施的规划，同时提出一些停车管理方面的建议。根据供需平衡的原理，以研究现状停车场的使用情况为基础，详细分析现状停车场的各种技术指标，综合分析现状停车场的问题和不足；用增长系数法预测出未来年的机动车拥有量，然后根据机动车拥有量的增长率预测出规划年总的高峰停车需求，同时利用各类不同性质用地的停车产生率预测的各小区的高峰停车需求，再将这两种方法所得的未来年停车需求进行权重分配调整；最后结合城市中各个小区的具体情况，合理地对规划区域内的各个停车场进行规划与管理方法的改善。 关键词：停车场；停车需求；规划管理 Abstract Handan is the historic and cultural city, due to historical reasons, is obviously insufficient land for urban traffic, less parking.
