PAGE 摘要 本文对汽车电线束和连接器的设计进行了研究。根据汽车电线束的发展趋势，对电线束和连接器的设计方案进行了研究；对电源的分配及线路保护装置的确定、线束模块化设计的划分、汽车电线及线束附件的选择进行了详细的分析；运用电接触理论对汽车连接器接触件主要性能参数的设计进行了研究；对汽车连接器基座材料的选择、接触件固定方式的确定及固定点强度的计算、连接器附件的选择及连接器配合间隙和尺寸公差的确定进行了详细的分析和研究；最后，对EQ6380汽车部分电线束进行了设计计算。 关键词：线束，连接器，接触件，基座  Abstract The design of this text to electrical wiring harness of the automobile and connector has carried on research. According to the development trend of the electrical wiring harness of the automobile , have carried on research to the design plans of electrical wiring harness and connector ; Distribution, sureness of the circuit protector , line a bunch of module division , automobile electric wire and choice of one bunch of enclosures of line that are designed to the power have carried on detailed analysis; Used the electricitying , the design exposed to the theory the main performance parameter of one of contact to the automobile connector has carried on research; Choice to the automobile connector base material , exposed to the sureness of a regular way and calculation of the intensity of fixing point, the choice and connector of the connector enclosure cooperate with the sureness of the interval and dimensional tolerance to carry on detailed analysis and study；Finally , designed calculating to some electrical wiring harnesses of EQ6380 automobile.
