新型多功能的组合农用机设计论文.doc

摘 要 通过对国内外农用机械的发展现状及其应用情况进行调查，并针对我国农业发展的需要和大部分农村对各类农产品加工机械的需求状况，本着从经济性和实用性的角度出发，设计出一种结构新颖紧凑，简单实用，经济安全，装拆方便，由单一电机驱动，可单机工作或多机同时工作的新型多功能组合农用机。针对上述要求，拟出了多功能组合农用机的功能集，对其功能集进行分析求解，综合优化后，提出了较为可行的设计方案；详细分析了各功能的工作原理和基本结构，完成了系统方案的设计和部分执行机构的详细设计。最终形成一种具有玉米脱粒、切片、切丝、切碎、碾米、磨粉、磨浆、磨碎、刃磨刀具、抽水等十种功能的新型多功能组合农用机。 关键词：组合农用机；多功能设计；机械设计 ABSTRACT Based on the development status and application of agricultural machinery at home and abroad. Aimed at the needs of agricultural development in China, and the demand situation to all kinds of agricultural products processing machine in the most country. In line with the demand situation from the perspective of economy and practicability, this design gives a new-type, multi-functional, combinational of agricultural machine, which is structure novel, compact, simple, practical, economic, safe, raplace singly, then by a single motor drive, and which can work with the single machine or more machine working at the same time. In view of the above requirements, we thrashed out the function sets of the multi-function combinational agricultural machine, analyzed and optimized the function, then put forward the feasible design scheme; And then we analysed the various functions of working principle and basic structure, completed the design of system plan and some detailed design of the actuator. Finally formed a new-type, multi-functional, combinational, agricultural machine which has corn threshing, slice, shredded, chopped, rice milling, grinding flour, grinding pulp, mulling, grinding tool, pumping and so on, which have ten kinds of function.
