南 昌 工 程 学 院毕 业 设 计 (论 文)热量表的设计与实现(软件部分)The design and implementation of heat meters (software part)总计 毕业设计（论文） 32 页 表 格 3 个 插 图 12 幅摘要我国北方冬季要供暖，为了节约能源，大多数地区已通过热网集中供热。但是热能作为一种商品来出售，当然要收费了。可是目前因为居民家里还没安装热量表，只好按建筑面积收费。但是按建筑面积收供热费显然是不合理的，应该按照用户实际用的热能来计算。热量表，是计算热量的仪表。热量表的工作原理：将一对温度传感器分别安装在通过载热流体的上行管和下行管上，流量计安装在流体入口或回流管上。流量计发出与流量成正比的脉冲信号，一对温度传感器给出表示温度高低的模拟信号，而积算仪采集来自流量和温度传感器的信号，利用积算公式算出热交换系统获得的热量。一个完整的热量表由三个部分组成:流量传感器，用以测量流经热交换系统的热水流量；温度传感器，分别测量供暖进水和同水温度；计算显示器，根据与其相连的流量传感器和温度传感器提供的流量和温度数据，通过热量公式计算出用户从热交换系统获得的热量。本文主要用到51系列的单片机，流量传感器采用超声波流量计，温度采集使用如今市面上使用普遍的DS18B20，便携式的多点键盘。关键词：单片机 流量计 温度采集器 Abstract Winter in the northern China to heating, in order to save energy, most areas already through the network of central heating.
