研究型大学在建设创新型国家中的作用 王 琪 ( 厦门大学教育研究院，福建 厦门 ) 【摘要】我国在建设创新型国家的过程中面临着基础研究的创新能力亟待提高，技术转化利用率低，创新人才匮乏，创新文化不足的问题。研究型大学在建设创新型国家的过程中，要坚守精英教育的原则，培养创新人才；重视基础研究，从根本上提高国家的创新能力；营造自由创新的学术文化，带动国家创新文化的形成和发展；通过应用基础研究和创新能力转移的方式提升国家的创新能力。 【关键词】创新型国家；研究型大学；作用 The Role of Research University in the Process of Constructing Innovative Nation Wang Qi (Institution of Higher Education Research, Xiamen University, Xiamen, Fujian) Abstract: China has been facing with some difficulties in the process of constructing innovative country, such as, weak innovation ability, low ratio of transformation and application of research r
