Small open-air quarries of the countrys economic development plays an important role, but mostly because of its private enterprises, widely distributed, the basis of poor, small scale of production, the exploitation of technological backwardness, and the majority of migrant workers, low educational level, importance safety did not go far enough, the degree of mechanization is low, very low labor productivity, coupled with a number of mine owners to ignore safety, economy and production, and thus not be optimistic about the security status quo. To solve this problem, the design will be presented in small open-air quarries in Chinas security status, evaluation of safety assessment methods, the choice of evaluation methods and factors the risk of harmful methods of identification and analysis; from small open-air quarries safety evaluation system to identify the existence of the risk of harmful factors, the use of principles of safety and security of the knowledge management analysis, and safety management proposals and measures to enable small-scale open-air quarries to meet national safety standards, better services for the national economic construction .
