摘 要 当前，动漫产业日益成为各个国家关注和发展的重点，作为21世纪的新兴产业，动漫产业是全球近年来发展的朝阳产业之一。在国内，杭州的动漫产业的发展是相对迅速，可是还是不能与发达国家的水平相媲美，主要问题在于没有形成一条稳健的动漫产业链。因此，通过对杭州动漫产业链的整合进行研究，对杭州动漫产业的发展甚至对杭州经济的发展都具有深远的意义。本文主要从杭州动漫产业的概况、存在的主要问题、杭州动漫产业链整合的主要障碍以及具体对策等几个部分展开研究。 本文研究认为，动漫产业链的整合是杭州发展动漫产业的必然要求。然而，原创人才的缺乏、盈利模式的单一、动漫衍生品的盲目开发、知识产权保护的缺乏以及企业组织的松散等因素制约了杭州动漫产业链的整合。因此，杭州需要从整合人力资源、整合传播渠道、打造动漫自主品牌、保护知识产权、加快动漫基地建设、实施战略联盟等几个方面来完善杭州动漫产业链，使其动漫产业快速发展。 关键词：动漫，产业链，动漫衍生品 ABSTRACT Currently, the animation industry becomes the main point in various countries.As an emerging industry in the 21st century, the development of the animation industry is one of the global sunrise industries. In China, the development of Hangzhou’s animation industry is relatively fast, but it still can not compare with developed countries. The main reason is not formed a strong animation industry chain. Consequently, it necessary to have a deep study on animation industry chain of Hangzhou, which is really important to animation industry of Hangzhou and the development of economic. This article includes an overview of the animation industry in Hangzhou, the main problems, the main obstacle integration of Hangzhou animation industry chain and the specific strategies. This paper suggests that the integration of Hangzhou animation industry chain is necessary. However, lacking of original talent, single profit model, overreacting of animation derivatives, lacking of intellectual property protection , a loose organization of Hangzhou animation industry chain and other facts have become an obstacle to integration. Therefore, Hangzhou need to integrate human resources, integration of communication channels, to build animation brands, intellectual property protection, to speed up animation base, implementation of the strategic alliance to improve these aspects of Hangzhou animation industry chain, in order to have a high speed on developing animation industry.
