?[摘 要]:车用柴油机主要采用微粒捕集器(DPF)过滤方法处理排气微粒,为清除过滤体中的微粒,完成DPF再生,需要在DPF入口设置燃烧器。本文设计了蒸发式DPF再生燃烧器,并进行和台架和实车试验,试验表明该燃烧器能够在发动机较大的工况范围内,很好地完成DPF再生。
Abstract: Diesel engine for automobile mainly adopts diesel particulate filter (DPF) method to deal with the exhaust particulate. In order to eliminate the particulate in the filter and complete DPF regeneration, the burner needs to be set at the entrance of DPF. This paper designs the evaporation-type DPF regenerative burner, and makes the bench and the real vehicle test. The test shows that the burner can complete DPF regeneration well within the working scope of the larger engine.
Introduction
随着汽车保有量的与日俱增,汽车排气对人类健康的危害和对环境的污染也日甚一日。为此,世界各国都制定了越来越严格的汽车排放法规,目前法规限定的污染物主要是碳氢化合物(HC)、一氧化碳(CO)、氮氧化物(NOx)和微粒(PM),其中柴油车需要重点控制的是氮氧化物(NOx)和微粒(PM)[1]。
With the increase of the automobiles on hand, the automobile exhaust does more harm to the human health, and the corresponding environmental pollution gets worse and worse. Therefore, the countries all over the world have made more and more stringent automobile emission regulations. At present, the main pollutants which are stipulated by the regulations are hydrocarbon (HC), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxide (NOx) and particulate matter (PM); with regard to the diesel vehicle, the pollutants which need to be controlled emphatically are nitrogen oxide (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) [1].
对车用柴油机排气微粒的处理,主要采用柴油机微粒捕集器(DPF)过滤方法,但DPF工作一段时间后需要按时清除过滤体中的PM[2]。完成DPF再生,通常需要排气温度达到550℃以上,才能将滞留在DPF上的PM烧掉[3],但柴油车在实际运行过程当中一般都难以使排气温度达到这一温度,因此要在DPF入口设置燃烧器,依靠喷油助燃来提高排气温度达到PM的着火点,即再生温度。
