化工与材料工程学院毕业设计 350万吨/年掺粉煤灰水泥装置工艺设计 学生学号 学生姓名 专业班级 指导教师 完成日期 吉林化工学院 Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology 摘　　要 低热微膨胀水泥是以粒化高炉矿渣为主要组分，加入适量硅酸盐水泥熟料和石膏，磨细制成的具有低水化热和微膨胀性能的水硬性胶凝材料。微膨胀水泥是在硬化过程中不但不收缩，而且有不同程度的膨胀，并且具有强度发展快，早期强度高的特点,主要适用于要求较低水化热和要求补偿收缩的混凝土、大体积混凝土和要求抗渗和抗硫酸盐侵蚀的工程。 本设计为年产0万吨低热微膨胀水泥装置工艺设计。主要以石灰石、页岩、砂岩、硫酸渣、粉煤灰为主要原料，建设一条分解窑干法工艺水泥生产线。本设计在熟练掌握低热微膨胀水泥制造方法、工艺流程以及国内外的发展现状的基础上，进行了水泥工厂工艺设计与工艺计算以及工艺流程，生产方案的确定，并对设备选型及工厂工艺布置等做了较全面的论述。从实际出发结合理论知识进行了物料衡算以及简单的技术经济分析等，用AutoCAD绘制了工艺流程图、设备布置图张、厂区平面图1张，并编写了设计说明书和设计计算书。 Abstract Low heat expansive cement is granulated blast furnace slag as the main component , adding the appropriate amount of Portland cement clinker and gypsum,finely ground made with low heat of hydration and micro-expansion properties of the cement matrix .Micro- expansion cement in the hardening process,not only did not shrink,but have different degrees of expansion,in addition to micro-expansion performance , strength development and high early strength characteristics. Mainly for applications that require low heat of hydration and requirements for shrinkage-compensating concrete and mass concrete,for applications that require impermeability and resistance to sulfate attack works . This is designed to produce 3.5million tons low heat expansion the Cement device process design . Limestone, shale,sandstone , sulfuric acid residue,fly ash are used as main raw material , and the decomposition of kiln dry process is used as cement production line . Low heat expansive cement manufacturing methods,process, and the current development at home and abroad on the basis of this design should be mastered , a cement plant process design and process calculations and processes,production program to determine,and selection of equipment and plant process layout,etc. to do a more comprehensive discussion .
