建设工程质量政府监管管理研究 摘 要 自改革开放以来，我们国家的社会主义市场经济发展前景的日趋完善。本文通过调查我国政府有关部门对工程结构工程质量安全性监督的现状，分析并研究政府有关部门的职责与现在的基本监管模式，通过与国外先进的监督管理模式的比较学习，提出了适合我国现在政府有关部门监督监管机制所存在的问题，并且深入分析研究了引起我国监管机制存在不足的原因，在此基础之上针对我国的现行条件下以及形式提出了对策，针对政府有关部门监管研究提出了几条重要的建设性建议，还针对一些其他问题也提出了相应的对策，最后在研究之后的基础之上得出结论。工程结构质量安全性系关着生命财产安全性，是十分重要的，所以质量安全性监督管理也显得尤为重要。改革开放以来,随着工程结构工程在国民经济中的地位和作用日趋重要,工程结构工程质量安全性成为社会关注的热点。在新形势下,如何实现对工程结构工程质量安全性的有效监管,切实保证工程结构工程质量安全性,是一个迫切需要解决的问题，，政府相关部门要将质量安全性监督工作转变过来才能适应国际以及我国发展前景的需求。 关键词　政府监督；建筑工程；质量；安全性 Government oversight of construction engineering quality management research Abstract Since reform and open policy, our countrys socialist market economic development makes prospect of the improvement.
