社会主义市场经济下的高职教育人才培养模式研究.pdf

摘 要 高职教育是伴随经济建设与社会发展而出现的一种高等教育类型，是职业 教育的龙头。近些年来，在对高职教育的诸多研究中，高职教育人才培养模式 越来越受到国内外专家学者的重视，成为研究的热点问题。高职人才培养模式 属于高职教育的微观层面，是人才培养程序、人才培养方式和人才培养结构等 系列的综合，涉及到诸多方面的内容。高职教育人才培养模式又是一个发展的 概念，伴随着国家经济发展、经济结构的升级、科学技术的进步，高职教育人 才培养模式也在不断充实新的内容。本文从分析人才培养模式的概念入手，阐 述了高职教育人才培养模式的内涵与特征，比较分析了国内外高职教育人才培 养模式，并在系统阐释社会主义市场经济对高职教育人才培养模式提出的挑战 的基础上，提出了构建社会主义市场经济中高职教育人才培养新模式的具体举 措。 关键词：市场经济；高职教育；人才培养模式 1 Abstract Higher education is associated with economic construction and social development and the emergence of a higher type, is the leading vocational education.
