微山县体育中心工程项目风险及其应对策略 摘要 风险管理是一个比较抽象的概念，是对未知的威胁的一种预测、分析并加以应对的一个过程，所谓风险，就是还未发生但一旦发生就会对主体造成人身安全、经济财产安全损失的的一些因素，而在威胁因素较多的工程项目中风险管理显得尤为重要。项目风险管理在项目管理中占有很重要的地位，是进行项目管理过程中必须认真对待的一个工作。本文对微山县体育中心工程进行了风险管理的研究，以检查表法为依据对项目存在的风险做了风险识别，并基于风险矩阵法对识别出的风险做了风险分析与评估，最后以此为基础对存在的风险进一步研究，找出了风险应对的基本策略。 本文旨在通过实施微山县体育中心工程项目风险管理的工作来对工程项目风险管理进行研究，对项目中具体存在的风险加以研究，并对风险因素作出分析评估，最后再制定风险应对策略。通过上述过成来深入了解风险管理的方法与步骤。 关键词： 微山体育中心 风险识别 风险分析 风险应对策略 检查表法 风险矩阵 Risks of Wei Shan sports center project and coping strategies Abstract Risk management is a abstract concept which is an unknown threats forecasting, analysis process. It’s numbers of factors has not yet been occurred,but once the event been occurred will cause physical security, economic and property losses to the principal, Risk management is particularly important in the construction engineering project risk management where exist lots of threat of factors. Project Risk Management in Project Management occupies a very important position, is a job that project management process must take seriously in .This paper has studied Wei Shan County Sports Center risk management .Identify the risks of the project made based on the Risk checklist method, and make risk analysis and assessment based on the Risk matrix, . Finally on the basis of research before on the risks, identify the basic strategy of the risk response. This paper studies the implementation of Wei Shan County Sports Center Project risk management to reach the project risk management research on a construction engineering project. Study the specific risks, and risk factors analysis and evaluation, and finally to develop risk response strategies. Through above research I can gain insight into the risk management methods and procedures.
