In the aspect of synthesis, the first method, copolymerizes cationic polyacrylamide by aqueous solution copolymerization copolymerization. First synthesizeN,N-(dimethylaminon)(methyl)acrylamides, and study the synthesis art of hydroxymethyl dimethylammonia. When formaldehyde:dimethylamine(mol ratio) is 2:1,the temperature of reaction is 55°C and the time of reaction is 2h, the ratio of production is the highest. Study how acrylamide/cationic acrylamide(mol ratio), temperature, and the quantity of redox catalyst influence the copolymerization by the positive mutual method. And the result indicates that when acrylamide/cationic acrylamide(mol ratio) is 10:1,the temperature is 45°C, the quantity of redox catalyst is 0.04%(the quantity of redox/ the total quantity of monomer),the effect is the best, and has definite coagulate effects. The second method, it copolymerizes cationic polyacrylamide with inverse emulsion copolymerization. At first, selects the best quantity of emulsifier and the best HLB.
