单片机控制步进电机系统设计 专业班级：XXXXXXX 学生姓名：XX 指导教师：XXX 职称：XXXX 摘要 步进电机特点就是没有积累误差，正是由于步进电机具有突出的优点，所以成了机电一体化的关键产品之一，广泛应用在各种自动化控制系统中。随着微电子和计算机技术的发展，步进电机的需求量与日俱增，在各个国民经济领域都有应用。比如在数控系统中就得到广泛的应用。目前世界各国都在大力发展数控技术，我国的数控系统也取得了很大的发展，我国已经能够自行研制开发适合我国数控机床发展需要的各种档次的数控系统。虽然与发达国家相比，我们我国的数控技术方面整体发展水平还比较低，但已经在我国占有非常重要的地位，并起了很大的作用。本文设计采用AT89S51单片机实现对两相步进电机的转速控制。由单片机产生的脉冲信号经过脉冲分配器后分解出对应的四相脉冲，分解出的四相脉冲经驱动电路功率放大后驱动步进电机的转动。 本文针对介绍了常见的步进电机控制方案，步进电机的分类，步进电机的工作原理，步进电机的工作特点等等。 关键词：步进电机 控制 单片机 Single-chip microcomputer control stepping motor system design Abstract Stepper motor is no accumulated error,It is because the stepper motor has outstanding advantages,so it has become one of the key products of electromechanical integration,Widely used in all kinds of automation control system.With the development of microelectronics and computer technology,Increasing demand for stepper motor,Have used in every field of national economy.As is widely used in the numerical control system.Now all countries in the world in developing numerical control technology,Numerical control system in our country has made great development,Developed by our country has been able to fit for our country to the development of the nc machine tools of all types of CNC system.Although compared with the developed countries,Our overall development level of numerical control technology in our country is still relatively low,But already occupies very important status in our country, and plays a large role.This design USES AT89S51 implementation of two phase stepping motor speed control.The pulse signal generated by the microcontroller after pulse distributor into the corresponding four phase pulse, decomposition of four phase pulse after driving circuit power amplifier drive the rotation of the stepper motor.
