桂林电子科技大学信息科技学院 夹具课程设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 半轴轴承套 夹具设计 系 别： 机电工程系 专 业： 机械设计制造及自动化 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 冯翠云 职 称： 工程师 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 2013年12月14日 摘 要 在制造业中，夹具是产品在制造各个工艺阶段中地位处在非常重要的工艺装备之一。在生产中，厂家所使用到的夹具的工作效率，质量，精度及夹具的使用的可靠性和安全性，都会对所要生产的产品的加工质量及生产效率造成决定性的影响。因此夹具选择，使用对于厂家非常重要。 夹具用于对加工对象的固定，使工件处在正当的加工位置上，以便于下一步的加工需要。夹具的类型分为普通夹具，专用夹具，组合夹具，标准夹具，可调夹具等。我这次是针对半轴轴承套设计的专用夹具，主要参考了《机床夹具设计》和《机床夹具及应用》里面所介绍的一系列方法，并大量查阅了《机床夹具设计手册》中的设计参数从而设计出来。而夹具的主要作用是保证工件定位正确，使钻孔达到所需要的要求，并对夹具进行合理的设计，以保证夹具的精度，可靠性和生产率。 本次实训夹具设计主要应用了夹具设计的基本方法，从而对夹具设计的方法有一个更加深刻的认识，系统的整理复习机床夹具设计及应用的相关知识。 关键词：夹具；半轴轴承套；夹具设计 Abstract In manufacturing, the fixture is the product status in the manufacturing process stages is one of very important craft equipment.
