However, due to institutional, policy and law and social environment and other external conditions, coupled with their lack of control of commercial bank experience and level of risk, therefore, the existence of commercial banks in consumer credit problems and development constraints．And to some extent, affected the safety of the assets and bank credit to the healthy development of the business. The United States is the worlds most developed country consumer credit, through the use of comparative analysis, on the Sino-US consumer credit law, credit institutions, credit operations and credit system to compare, analyze the development of consumer credit problems, and propose to perfect the consumer credit market policy recommendations.
