摘 要 JPEG2000是新一代静止图象压缩标准，它具有现代图象压缩所要求的新性能如良好的低比特率压缩性能、支持图象质量和分辨率渐进传输、支持感兴趣区域编码等，可应用于数码相机、网络传输、无线通信、医疗图象等领域。 本文首先介绍了小波变换理论在图象压缩中的应用，接着由嵌入式零树小波编码算法引到JPEG2000静态图象压缩标准。通过对 JPEG2000标准及其核心算法EBCOT的分析和研究，针对EBCOT中位平面编码比较费时、比较复杂等问题，依据图象的相关性，提出了根据前一帧截断点来预测当前帧截断点的方法，并通过VC＋＋编程对优化后的算法进行实现，实验分析表明该优化方法达到了提高编解码速度的目的。 关键字：图象压缩 ；JPEG2000；小波变换；EBCOT Abstract JPEG2000 is the new generation of stationary picture compression standed, it has the new performance like good low bit rate compression performance, the support picture quality and the resolution which the modern image compression requests advances gradually the transmission, the support feels the Interest region code and so on, it has a great variety of applications such as Digital Cameras, Network transmission ,Wireless Communication, Medical Imaging and so on. The algorithm having introduced that the minor wave shifts code of theory minor wave in zero trees applying , catching from implanting style in image compression first causes the main body of a book to arrive at the JPEG2000 static state image compression standard.
