毕业论文 (2011届) 商业银行营销策略设计 摘 要 鉴于此,关键词:;;营销策略 Abstract Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank is a commercial bank which focuses on small business financial services. With the foreign banks taking the place of market, the competition of financial market is more and more fierce .In order to rise rapidly in the financial markets, Tailong needs to develop a new marketing strategy. With this purpose, This thesis is to draw up marketing strategy of Tailong through analyzing the existing marketing strategy and the opportunities and threats of commercial banks. The thesis is divided into four parts.?The first part gives a profiles of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank,analysising its Operating conditions and problems,then analyze the reasons which cause the problems.The second part analyzes the banks internal environment, pointing out its current strengths and weaknesses. The third part analyzes the external environment and other commercial banks,that is to say,opportunities and threats.The last part is to come up with suggestions and develop its related implementation measures due to its marketing strategy.Then make a conclusion.
