毕业论文 （20_ _届） 企业财务战略与企业竞争力关系的研究 摘 要 企业财务战略是指通过选择最佳的财务资源配置路径以实现企业价值最大化的目标。通过财务战略的制定和实施，控制企业总体风险，获得可持续竞争优势，从而实现企业的长期稳定发展。加强财务战略管理日益受到了财务学理论界和实务界前所未有的注意，但是财务战略管理的研究历史不长，成果也不多，而且在财务战略管理的相关著作中，大部分作品只是从财务的某一个方面探讨企业的财务战略问题，对财务战略管理问题的研究主要集中在筹资、投资、分配、并购等财务管理领域，“重财务、轻战略”是当前财务界对财务战略管理研究中的普遍现象。在企业的不同生命周期，采取怎样的企业财务战略能对企业的业绩产生好的效益，企业财务战略与企业竞争力之间的相关关系如何，这些正是本文想去探讨的问题。 本文采用描述性统计分析法和案例分析法对企业财务战略与企业竞争力的关系进行实证研究。参考了大量的中外文献的基础上，将所学的财务理论知识和企业实践相结合阐述了企业生命周期不同阶段的各种财务战略内涵及其最优选择，将财务战略理论研究向实践推进。选取蒙牛集团作为研究样本，分析企业在不同生命周期选取的企业财务战略对其产生的绩效，分别论述企业的初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期的企业财务战略具体选择内容，对蒙牛集团2002年至2009年的财务战略数据进行相关性分析。实证分析研究表明，企业财务战略与企业竞争力之间存在正相关关系，结合对蒙牛集团的描述性统计分析，说明了每个企业要根据其自身的特点、根据总体战略和所处的发展阶段来选择财务战略。 关键词：Abstract Corporate financial strategy is through the allocation of financial resources to select the best path to achieve the goal of maximizing corporate value.
