毕业论文 （20_ _届） 绍兴纺织产业集群转型升级的对策研究 摘 要 近年来，产业集群作为地方经济发展的增长极，引起了政府、企业和学界的强烈关注。在我国迄今为止，几乎各个省份都提出了要打造地方产业集群，并通过集群的转型升级带动地方经济发展的发展战略。尽管有些地方的产业集群确实在区域经济发展中起到了举足轻重的作用，但与此同时，许多地区的产业集群也出现了不少问题。因此，产业集群转型升级势在必行。 论文的主要研究内容由五部分组成：一是主要对产业集群进行理论考察。介绍了产业集群的有关基础理论，包括产业集群的概念、特征和类型，产业升级与产业集群升级，产业集群转型升级的方向等。二是分析绍兴纺织产业集群的发展现状及存在的问题，从规模、分布和发展优势来介绍现状，同时得出其存在产业链整合度不高、产品结构不合理、忽视品牌建设、经济发展方式粗放等问题。三是分析绍兴纺织产业集群转型升级受到的阻力，主要有资源和环境、政策三个方面的因素。四是案例研究，通过对中国轻纺城纺织行业进行研究，推进其转型升级。五是分析绍兴纺织产业集群转型升级的对策。主要从政府和企业的角度出发，推进绍兴纺织产业集群转型升级。 关键词：Abstract Recent years, the development of industrial clusters as the local economic growth pole, causing the government, enterprises and academia strong concern.
