毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波港口物流服务外包产业发展的对策探究 摘 要 服务外包已经成为经济全球化背景下的一种新型产业组织模式，而服务业尤其是生产性服务业的发展水平已经成为衡量一个国家或地区产业结构高级化程度的重要标志。在产业转移趋势不断加强的背景下，研究我国如何承接国际生产性服务外包并促进服务业企业积极走出去，充分利用全球资源，具有战略意义。 宁波港口运输经济形势依然向好，港口生产经营继续取得令人欢欣的成果。水路货运量、港口货物吞吐量等都继续保持快速平稳增长。但在经济全球化背景下，国外物流企业纷纷进军中国市场，正在完成在中国的战略性布局，严峻的形势不得不迫使宁波地区的物流产业进行一定的调整。积极承接港口物流服务外包并积极走出去是可行之路，对此深入研究有较强的实践意义。SWOT分析方法和与宁波港口物流发展实施相结合，在港口物流自身发展的过程中，通过SWOT分析及宁波港口自身的特点提出各项策略，以此有效提升港口物流外包的运作效率。 关键词：组织模式；服务外包；港口物流；SWOT分析法 Abstract For the development of enterprises and economic growth， service industry plays a key role.
