污水处理厂初步设计方案 摘 要 本设计是天津市某开发区污水处理厂的初步设计和施工图设计。该处理厂处理城市污水。水质较复杂： 悬浮物（SS）：200mg/L； 五日生化需氧量（BOD5）：200mg/L； 化学需氧量（CODcr）：400mg/L； 总氮（N）：40mg/L； 总磷（P）：4.0mg/L； 重金属及有毒物质：微量； 处理后的水质要求： BOD5≤20mg/L； SS≤20mg/L； N≤15mg/L； P≤1mg/L； 根据设计要求和求新的思想，该污水处理工程进水中氮、磷含量均偏高，在去除BOD5和SS的同时，还需要进行脱氮除磷处理，故采用当代水处理工艺中较流行的三沟式氧化沟工艺。该工艺综合了以往工艺的优点，具有广泛的适应性，完全适合本设计的实际要求。本工艺的主要构筑物包括闸门井、格栅、污水泵房、曝气沉砂池、氧化沟、接触池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等。 本设计采用了脱氮除磷工艺和性能优良的设备，且工艺流程简单，省去了初沉池、二沉池、消化系统和回流设备，节省了基建投资和运行费用，同时曝气设备和构造形式多样，运行灵活，管理方便，保证出水达到污水排放标准，做到了水资源的合理利用。 关键词：三沟式氧化沟 格栅 浓缩池 泵房 新工艺 Abstract It is a preliminary design and construction drawing for the sewage treatment plant development zone of Tianjin . The advantage of this comprehensive craft is extensive adaptability , totally suitable for reality originally designeds purpose.
