地震勘探爆炸安全规程研究缺陷研究及其成果应用价值分析 吴杨云 地质工程师 注册安全工程师 【摘要】 地震勘探是以炸药爆炸时产生的能量作为震源的一种地球物理勘探方法。由于地震勘探爆炸安全规程（GB 12950-91）自颁布后，没有随着设备的更新、施工环境的变化，及时进行更新，从而导致实际生产中产生了周期性的爆破飞溅物伤人事故。笔者通过借鉴矿山爆破被爆岩体的自由面、最小抵抗线、起爆方式、堵塞等技术参数，研究制定了地震勘探爆炸工作中爆炸物品使用标准、起爆方式、炮井距边坡安全距离、炮井堵塞、组合爆炸时起爆网络连接方式、炮井安全深度、起爆时人员失误、设备故障安全功能设计等七项补充安全技术条件，有效防止了地震勘探生产过程中出现的爆炸飞溅物伤人、充水炮孔冲天水柱触电、山区边坡炮孔炸塌田坎、岩壁等事故，解决了地震勘探爆炸安全规程（GB 12950-91）在实际应用过程中所存在的缺陷，论证了地震勘探爆炸安全生产应具备的技术条件及其成果应用价值，提出了对《地震勘探爆炸安全规程》进行修订的建议。 关键词：安全规程； 研究成果； 应用价值分析； Analysis of seismic explosion safety rules of research and application value of defects Wu Yangyun Geological engineer Registered safety engineer Shanxi Provincial Coal Geological, Geophysical Prospecting, Surveying and Mapping Institute Jinzhong city Yuci District Yunhua92 West Street 030600 China Learn from mine blasting blasted-rock free surface, the minimum line, detonating way, plug the other technical parameters developed using standard seismic exploration explosion of explosives, detonating manner, the gun well away from the slope safe distance from the gun well clogging-combinatorial explosion detonator network connection, safe depth of the gun well detonate when staff mistakes, equipment failures and security features design seven additional security conditions, thus effectively preventing the explosion seismic exploration in the production process spatter wounding, water-filled blast-hole sky water column electric shock, the mountain slope blast-hole destruction of ridge, rock and other accidents, revealing a seismic exploration explosion safety regulations (GB 12950-91) defects of the procedures in the actual application process, seismic exploration explosion safety production should have the technical conditions and the results of value to put forward a revised proposal on the seismic exploration explosion safety regulations.
