山东省竞技游泳运动发展现状与对策研究.pdfVIP

摘要 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法， 以山东省竞技游泳现状为研究对象以山东省各级体校和省队训练工作的主管领 导、教练员、运动员为调查对象，从竞技体育发展的能力培养体系视角出发， 剖析了山东省竞技游泳水平上升的原因，同时对山东省竞技游泳的发展对策进 行了较系统的分析研究。研究结果表明:目前山东省竞技游泳在全国属于较高水 平，上升趋势明显。优势方面：政府出台多项政策保障教练员、运动员切身利 益，同时借助十一运会的举办，投入巨资到基础体育设施中，促进了全民健身 运动的开展；各级游泳教练员队伍以中青年、中高级职称为主，具有较高的敬 业精神和事业心，从而使后备人才输送渠道畅通无阻。不足之处主要体现在： 训练网点相对较少；经费投入不足；场馆、训练器材严重不足，二、三级训练 网点更是捉襟见肘。所以加快竞技游泳的社会化程度，加大经费投入依然是山 东省竞技游泳发展的重头戏。本文旨在为山东省竞技游泳的决策部门提供科学 的理论依据，以期能对山东省竞技游泳的发展提供参考，同时对我国其它地区 的竞技游泳运动的发展提供启示。 关键词：山东省；竞技游泳； 发展； 现状 I ABSTRACT This article USES the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, to athletics swimming in shandong province as the research object to all levels of sports schools in shandong province and the provincial training work of the manager, coaches and athletes as investigation object, and from the ability training of athletic sports development system viewpoint, analyzed the cause of the rise in the level of competitive swimming in shandong province, at the same time, the development of athletic swimming in shan dong province, counter measures were studied systematically. Research results show that: at present, the shandong province athletics swimming belongs to a higher level throughout the country, rising trend is obvious.
