ERP在中小型企业的应用研究 马彩娣 （陕理工计算机科学与技术系信息管理与信息系统专业052班，陕西 汉中 723003） 指导教师：王杨帆 【摘要】本文主要描述了ERP的发展及其在我国中小型企业的应用状况与分析，主要内容分为六部分。第一部分介绍ERP的概念发展，ERP由过去的基于物料库存计划管理的生产管理系统到现在ERP及ERPⅡ，它的核心思想表现为ERP管理思想、ERP系统和ERP软件。这三方面是相互联系的。第二部分介绍我国中小型企业的特点及现状。第三部分是BPR的的应用发展。因为BPR是ERP的基础，并且BPR将一直贯穿在ERP中。第四部分讲述了ERP与企业信息化。第五部分是对ERP在中小型企业应用的展望。 【关键词】ERP；中小型企业；企业流程再造；企业信息化 The research of ERP applications to small and medium enterprises Ma cai di (Shaanxi Institute of Technology Computer Science and Technology Department of Information Management and Information System 052 classe, Shaanxi Hanzhong 723003) Instructor: Wang Yangfan Abstract: This paper describes mainly the development of ERP and its small and medium-sized enterprises in China and analysis of the application, the main content is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the concept of ERP development, ERP from the previousplan based on the materials inventory management, production management system to the present ERP and ERP Ⅱ, the performance of its core idea of thinking for the ERP management, ERP systems and ERP software. These three aspects are interrelated. The second section describes the characteristics of Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises and the status quo. The third part is the application of BPR development. BPR is the ERP as the basis of ideology, and will run through BPR and ERP in. Part IV on the ERP and business information, corporate information is a modern enterprise basis of ERP implementation. The fifth part of the ERP in small and medium-sized vision for the future of enterprise applications, the above is the main contents of this article.
