二、结题报告 浅析1933 老场房的改造 艺术设计系 俞思嘉、张唯春 指导老师：赵阳 摘要：随着经济的发展和产业结构的升级，大量旧工业建筑面临着处理或重建的压力 以满足新时代下的产业发展需要;另一方面，创意产业等新兴产业的萌芽与发展，又急 需一大批适合自身特征的建筑空间，面向创意产业需求进行的旧工业建筑更新是可以 缓解双方压力并同时带来巨大社会与经济效益的重要手段。 本文考虑了1933 建筑本身的改变和传承，同时考虑了人为因素，社会经济、政策等， 分析转型的成功原因。主要通过1933 独特的建筑内部结构分析，再深入剖析1933 建 筑本身设计、风格原因，阐述形式和功能的转换；还从文化政策、工业基础、历史背 景、消费形式的角度浅析了1933 成功的原因。 关键词:旧工业 建筑改造 创意产业园 Abstract: With the development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, a lot of old industrial buildings are facing processing or reconstruction pressure in order to meet the new age of industry development needs. On the other hand, the creative industry and other emerging industry develop very fast and need a large number of suitable building space for their own features. So the updating the old industrial buildings can solve their both problems and bring great social and economic benefits. In this paper, we consider the f change and inheritance of the building itself, including man-made factors, society, economy, policies and so on at the same time to learn the reason of this successful transformation. We expound the function and form of the conversion mainly through the analysis of unique building internal structure and its design and style. We also try to find out the reasons of its successful transformation from different angles.
