医学 2011年7月 第 19卷第 7期 MODERNONCOLOGY，Ju1．201l，VOI．19．NO．7 · 1403 · 浅表宫颈阴道肌纤维母细胞瘤临床病理学分析 吴海波，牛俊扬 Superficialcervicovaginalmy0fibrObIaSfOma：CQSerepollandreview oftheliterature WU Hai—bo．NIUJun—yang DepartmentofPathology，TheAffiliatedProvincialHospitalofAnhuiMedicalUniversity，AnhuiHefei230001，China． A【bstract】 0bjective：Tostudythec1inicopatholo百cal，immunohistochemicalanduhrastrncturalfeaturesofsuper— fieialcervicovaginalmyofibroblastoma(SCVM)，withemphasisOildifferentialdiagnosis．Methods：Onecaseof SCVM inthevinginawasevaluatedbylightmicroscopy，immunohistochemistryandelectronmicroscopy．Results：An asymptomatieanteriorvaginalmasswaspresentedina48yearsoldfemaleduringaphysicalexamination．Theclinical diagnosiswascyst．Thetumorpresentedasawell—circumscribedmassmeasuring3．3cm x2．5cm ×2cm ．witha tremefloidappearanceoncutsurface．Histologically，thetumorwascomposedofarelativelyuniform spindleandstel— late—shapedcells，andarrangedinvarietyofgrowthpatterns，mostlyinfasciclesorstoriform．Noevidentofcytologi— callyatypicalandraremitoticfigures(1／IOHPF)，therewasnOnecrosis．Amildinflammatoryinfiltrate，chiefly comprisingmastcells．Thin—walledbloodvesselswereobserved，especiallytowardsthecentreofthelesion．There wasnoaggregationofcellsaroundthevessels，andnovesselwallswerehyalinized．Thetumorcellswereshowed strongimmunostainingwithvimentin，desmin，ER，PR andCD34．Othermakerincluding仅一smoothmuscleactin (仅一SMA)，S100，HMB45，CD31，CD57andCKwereallnegative．Electronmicroscopicstudyshowedmyofibro— blasticdifierentiation．Therewasnoevidenceofrecurrenceormetastasisaftercompleteloca1excisioninhalfyearfol— low—up．Conclusion：SCVM isararebenignmesenchymaltumorarisingwithinthelowerfemalegenitaltract．A— boutonethirdpatientshadalinkwithtamoxifenorhormone—replacenlenttherapy．Theimmunohistochemicalandul— trastructuralstudiessuggestedam
