公共卫生与预防医学2008年第l9卷第6期 JofPubHealthandPrevMed 2008．VoL19．No．6 · 论著 · 孝感市网络直报疑似肺结核病人转诊追踪调查 代秀萍 【摘要】目的 了解两年来孝感市综合医疗机构对疑似肺结核病人的转诊和结核病防治机构对转诊未到位的 疑似结核病人的追踪情况。方法 根据 《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》和 《结核病管理信息系统》的相关数据进行 综合分析、评价。结果 项 目执行期间，全市7个县 (市)区综合医疗机构报告可疑肺结核患者 5296例，转诊到结 核病防治机构 l831例，转诊到位率为34．6％，结核病防治机构追踪到位 1450例，追踪到位率为45．8％，转诊追踪 共到位3281例，其中465例(32．1％)在结核病防治机构重新定诊为涂阳肺结核，转诊未到位的病人中传染性病人 比例参照到位病人的比例，加强转诊和追踪工作，还可发现 152例涂阳病人，可提高病人发现率。结论 加强综合 医疗机构对病人的转诊工作，提高结核病防治机构对综合医疗机构网络报告病人的追踪工作，可以有效地提高肺 结核病人的发现水平。 【关键词】肺结核；转诊；追踪 【中图分类号】R521 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1006-2483(2008)06-0038-03 Analysisofthereferralandfollow-upoftuberculosissuspectsreportedbynetworksystem inXiaogancity DAIXiu-ping． XiaoganInstituteofTuberculosis，HubeiProvince，Xiaogan 432100，China 【Abstract】 Objective TolearntheTBcasestransferingfromthegeneralhospitalsandfollow—up0fTBsuspectsin thepast2years．M ethods AccordingtOthe C‘hinesediseasepreventionandcontrolinformationsystem’and T‘uberculo· sjsmanagementinformationsystem’．therelateddataofpulmonarytuberculosissuspectsinthepast2yearswere naalyzed andevaluated．Results In the7 counties，5296 TB suspectswere actually reported from thegeneralhospital，1831 (34．6％)ofthemweretransferredtohtelocalTBdispensariesand1450(45．8％)weretracedbyTBdispensaries．Ato- talof3281TBsuspectswerccheckedbylocalTBdispensaries，465(32．1％)ofthemwereconfimredassmeal一positive csses．Ⅱthetransferingnadtracingoftwodepartmentscouldbestrengthened，another152(32．3％)smear—positivepatients couldbedetected．Thecasedetectionratecouldberaised．Conclusion Th eeasedetectionratecanbe effectivelyenhanced bypromotingthereferralofgeneralhospitalsnadthetracingofreportedcasesbyTBdispensaries． K【eywords】 Pulmonarytuberculosis；Referral；Tracing 孝感市全球基金第四轮结核病控制项 目的I期 析，现将结果报告如下。 项 目开展时间为20
