2·22 · Chin J Stomatol , J uly 1998 , Vol 33 , No. 4 · · 论著 牙根纵裂患者牙　情况的临床研究 曾艳 　王嘉德 　周书敏 　　【摘要】　目的 　研究牙根纵裂的病因和发病规律。方法 　对 34 例患者共 39 颗患牙的临床表现 ( ) 尤其是牙　情况进行了研究。结果 　牙根纵裂绝大部分发生于中老年人第一磨牙的近中 颊 根 ,患 根的牙周组织破坏明显大于无纵裂牙根 ,根纵裂处牙周袋最深。患牙　面均重度磨耗 ,50 %以上的患 牙出现非工作尖高陡、工作尖磨平、深　面凹及远中边缘嵴低平等改变 ;根纵裂的程度与深　面凹的 ( ) 部位有关 ;患牙均存在　干扰和 或 创伤易感因素。结论 　因　面形态改变而致的过大　力与异 常方向的　力可能是牙根纵裂发生的重要条件。 【关键词】　根裂 　　牙　 ,平衡 Clinical studies on the dental and occlusal conditions of molars with vertical cracking of the root 　　Zeng Yan , W ang Jiade , Zhou S humin . School of S tom atology , Beijin g Medical U niversity , Beijin g 100081 【Abstract 】　Objective 　To study the contributing factors inducing vertical cracking of the root of mo lars. Methods 　The dental , periodontal , and occlusal conditions of molars with vertical root cracking were studied in 34 cases (39 teeth) . Results 　The age range of patients was 40～60 years. The crackings oc curred mostly at mesial or mesiobuccal roots , their periodontal conditions were much more worse than those roots without cracking and manifested by deep pocket. The abrasion of the occlusal surfaces was more se vere than those molars with no cracking , their contact areas were unstable and deviated buccallly. The di rection of force during chewing was therefore horizontal , viz. , mesiodistally and buccolingually.
