石化企业安全投资与安全效益分析 摘 要：石油化工行业属于高危行业，具有易燃易爆易污染的潜在危险，一旦发生事故，不易控制，且发生事故的损失较大影响恶劣。因此认识到石油化工企业安全生产的重要性，明确安全投资与安全效益的关系，在具体实践中确立安全机制，普及安全教育，注重安全投入，才能保障企业正常稳定运行，为石化企业创造更大的效益。 本论文通过大量材料的调查研究，论述了国内外安全经济研究的发展现状，并以我国石油化工企业作为研究对象，通过比较国内外石油化工企业安全生产现状，对石油化工企业安全生产的社会效益、经济效益、员工的健康保障以及企业安全生产的投入产出关系进行分析，找出了石化企业存在的安全问题。运用灰色关联分析,确定不同安全投资项目与安全效益之间的关联度的大小,从而决定影响安全效益的主要因素和次要因素,确定投资方向。最后再通过以上对石化企业资料收集分析，清晰的整理好的各种信息，并提出安全投资措施。 关键词：石化企业；安全投资；安全效益；关联度；措施 The analysis on Petrochemical enterprise’s safety investment and benefit Abstract：Petrochemical enterprise belongs to high-risk industries which have the potential to pollution, inflammable and explosive dangerous, once the accident happens, it must cause big loss and affected badly. So we must realize the importance of safety-in-production for Petrochemical enterprise and define the relationship between safety-in-production and economic benefit as well. To ensure the Production running smoothly and safely，and create more economic benefit and society benefit for the enterprise，it’s the sticking point to establish a safety-in-production system and teach universal safety-in-production knowledge and focus on safety plunge in the production practice. In this statement，Petrochemical enterprise as the study subject，base on safety-in-production statues in domestic and abroad Petrochemical enterprises analyses the society and economic benefit，employee’s health assurance, and the relationship between enterprise safety-in-production plunge and the output, find out the problem in Petrochemical enterprise. The gray relation analysis model on safety investment-benefit was established using gray relation theory. And the safety investment factor whose benefit relativity is the maximum and minimum was known. So the safety investment direction was decided. At last, according to the analysis about Petrochemical enterprise, clear up the information and rise up the feasible steps which is suitable for Petrochemical industries.
