摘 要 塑料工业是新兴的工业，是现代工业中的一个重要的行业，与其他工业相比它是一个年轻的，但发展前景广阔的工业部门。 在机械制造业中，塑料广泛的被用来制造零件、部件。据统计，每年大约有25﹪的塑料用于机电行业各个部门。塑料机械随着工业的发展而逐步的成长起来。在塑料机械中，塑料挤出机是最多的机种之一，是塑料制品加工量最大的一种加工机械。 塑料挤出机在现代工业中有着广泛的应用，其中φ120塑料挤塑机主要用于各种热塑性塑料的挤出成型。若配置相应的机头及辅机，选用合适的螺杆，能将聚氯乙烯（软或硬）聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS等塑料连续挤制成管、膜、瓶、带、丝、粒、板、异型材、电线电缆等制品。其主要特点是：吸收国外同类先进产品的特点、电控箱与挤塑机组成一体化形式。 设计有多种形式的螺杆，长径比值大。采用可控硅直流电机驱动，无级调速平稳可靠，亦可用变频电机。机筒外设置铸铝加热器，并配有冷却用吹风机。 由数字显示温度控制仪实现自动控温、定温。具有轴向力过载保护和扭矩过载保护功能。 采用智能化双显数字化温控仪，实现自动控制，控制精度高。 此次设计包括φ120塑料挤出机的总体布局，传动系统的设计，螺杆轴承部分的结构及其布置形式，挤压系统的设计，主要零件的校核。 关键词：塑料机械；塑料挤出机；单螺杆 Abstract The plastics industry is the emerging industry, is in a modern industry important profession, compares it with other industries is young, but prospects for development broad Industry sector.
