上海市某区公务员健康状况分析 作者：王新宜，汪毓诚，吴琦，何毓箐，王建英，张莲 【摘要】 目的 分析上海市某区公务员的体检结果，了解公务员的身体健康状况,为预防某些疾病提供理论依据。 方法 以2009年在上海某区中心医院接受常规体检的1095名公务员为研究对象，按照不同的年龄段分为四组，分别按照标准测定身高、体重、血压以及血糖值等指标，发现超重、肥胖以及血糖异常在各年龄段不同性别间的分布规律以及存在的差异，以及随着年龄段的增长,其变化规律。结果 公务员超重和肥胖发生率均很高，分别为33.43%，7.86%。超重和肥胖以及血糖异常的发生率随年龄的增加而不断升高。而且发现男女之间的平均血糖水平差异有显著性(Plt;0.05)，且男性较高。结论 公务员的超重、肥胖以及血糖异常的发生率均高于一般水平，且随着年龄的增加，发生率也在上升。对于发现的问题,应该及时提供解决方法,养成良好的生活习惯,从而避免慢性非传染病的发生发展。 【关键词】 公务员;体质指数(BMI);血糖;超重;肥胖 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the physical examination results of the civil servants in one district of Shanghai, know the station of their health, and just provide the evidence for preventing some diseases.Methods Totally 1095 civil servants who received the routine physical examination in this district central hospital were enrolled in our study. According the ages, we divided them into 4 groups, tested their body height, blood pressure, blood glucose and other projects, then found out the regularity of overweight, obesity and blood glucose abnormity distribute in gender and ages section, then analyzed the relationship between BMI and incidence of blood glucose abnormity.Results The incidence of overweight and obesity in civil servants were 33.43% and 7.86%. The proportionality of the incidence in men and women increased too. The same tendency happened in blood glucose abnormity.
