小议第四方物流在我国的发展 摘 要 随着信息技术的迅猛发展、经济全球化的加快、社会分工的进一步细化和竞争环境的快速变化,物流日益成为企业降低成本、提高竞争力而关注的焦点。物流外包理论的发展,促使许多企业开始将物流业务外包给第三物流企业,自己则专注于核心领域。但是,随着供应链理论的进一步发展,第三方物流固有的缺陷逐步显露出来,其最大不足是难以对整条供应链实现优化集成,于是以供应链集成商的角色,第四方物流应运而生。 目前对第四方物流的研究还处于一个探索性阶段。国内外大多都停留在对其概念界定、特点、出现原因与功能等定性的某一方面的单一研究上,对其定量的研究也仅仅从一般物流活动角度出发,很少能结合第四方物流这种具体的运作模式。同时,以上文献都只是对第四方物流的某些方面进行阐述,缺少对第四方物流进行系统的论述。 本文以系统的观点,借助虚拟企业和供应链理论,对于第四方物流这个新生概念及第四方物流企业的组建与运作进行了详细的论述与分析。 关键词：第四方物流；第三方物流；发展对策 Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, acceleration of economic globalization, social division of labor is further refined and rapidly changing competitive environment, logistics has increasingly become enterprises to reduce costs, improve competitiveness and focus.
