SHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹ　ＯＦ　ＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ 毕业设计说明书 厨余垃圾车罐体的设计与分析 学 院： 交通与车辆工程学院 专 业： 交通运输 学生姓名： 李 旭 学 号： 0812207511 指导教师： 蒲琪 2012 年 6 月摘 要 随着社会进程的加快，以及经济的迅猛发展，餐饮业的兴起已势不可挡，但由此引发的问题也渐渐出现在人们的视野内，如垃圾的产生，环境的污染等等。这种餐饮业产生的垃圾我们便称之为厨余垃圾，这种垃圾成分复杂，含水量高，处理起来不像处理生活垃圾那么简单，虽然很多地方都在使用填埋的处理方法，但填埋会土壤资源的浪费，还会对环境造成二次污染。由此，很多专用汽车的制造者开始着手研究专门处理这种垃圾的专用环卫车辆。 厨余垃圾车就是将厨余垃圾中的固体和液体分开来处理，它的罐体有两部分，上面的圆罐体主要用来盛放垃圾，下面的方罐体便用来收集垃圾中的水分，这样一来，固液分离，对于进一步的处理也方便许多，而收集的液体还可以用来制造生物石油等。这是他的一大优点，但是市场上能够使用的并不多，对于它的设计等还需要进一步地完善。 通过对资料的查阅，了解厨余垃圾车的工作原理，设计过程中，对软件的学习，利用所学完成零件图的绘制。 关键词： 专用汽车 厨余垃圾 设计 CATIA软件 Abstract With the acceleration of social processes, as well as rapid economic development, the rise of the catering industry has been overwhelming, but the consequent gradually appear in the peoples vision, such as waste generation, pollution of the environment.
