中国医学影像技术 2009年第 25卷第 2期 ChinJMedImagingTechnol，2009，Vol25，No2 · 297 · ● ．． 核医学 Scintigraphicassessmentoftheeffectsofbonemarrow mononuclear cellstransplantati0n in patientswith heartfailureafter myocardialinfarction ZHANGWei—fang ，ZHANGYan—yah ，XUYan ，MAJing ，LIXin—xin ，WANGRong一 (1．DepartmentofNuclearMedcine，PekingUniversitytheThirdHospital，Beijing100083，China； 2．DepartmentofNuclearMedcine，PekingUniversitytheFirstHospital，Beijing100034，China) [Abstract] Objective Toassesstheeffectsofbonemarrowmononuclearcellstransp1antation(BM—MNCs)withnuclear imaginginpatientswithheartfailureaftermyocardialinfarction．M ethods Twenty-fouranteriormyocardialinfarctionpa— dentswithheartfailurewereenrolledanddividedintotwogroups：BM—MNCs，PCI+ celltransplantation，10patients，and control，PCIonly，14patients．Allpatientswerereceivedmyocardialperfusionimaging(MPI)andgatedventricularimaging beforeand12monthsaftertreatmentasbaselineandfollow upevaluations．Atthesametime，2D echocardiogram wasper— formed．Results Twelvemonthsaftertreatment，themyocardialperfusionwassignificantly improvedinBM—MNCsgroup (46．674_-3．44vs29．O0±4．50，P— o．0015)，butnotin controlgroup (46．33±2．8Ovs47．00±4．12，P0．05)．Infarct sizedecreasedinBM-MNCsgroup([38．O0±3．863 vs-]29．44士4．733％，P一0．0009)，comparedwiththatofthecontrol group([32．70-+-5．022 vs[3o．30±4．92] ，Po．05)．GatedventricularimagingresultsshowedthatLVEFwasim— provedmildly inBM—M NCsgroup，butthedifferencebetweentwogroupswasnotsignificant(P O．05)，whileechocardio— gram hadthesimilarresults．Conclusion MPIandgatedventricularimagingcanprovideusefulinformationtoevaluatethe effectsofBM—MNCstransplantationi
