摘要 股指期货作为金融期货的一种，具有套期保值、价格发现、规避股票系统风险的作用。股指期货目前在国外发展极为迅速，而我国尚未开设股指期货，目前我国的股票市场只有做多，没有相应的做空机制，金融市场的这种不完善的结构体系，势必会影响其功能的充分发挥，不利于我国金融市场的对外开放与发展。我国的有关部门早己意识到我国金融市场的缺陷，并己经在加紧研究推出我国的股指期货。 对于众多投资者来说，股指期货的推出不仅提供了风险规避的工具，也提供了一个全新的投资品种。股指期货市场是一个专业性强、风险程度高的市场，其投资理念、风险控制与股票现货市场有着本质区别。在参与股指期货市场之前，对股指期货的风险必须要有一个充分的了解和认识。 本文通过对国外一些国家股指期货的发展进行分析，并对我国股票现货市场的分析研究，探讨我国现时推出股指期货可能造成的风险，包括对股票现货市场的影响风险及股指期货本身存在的风险。针对这一系列的风险，从政策立法、上市公司、投资主体等角度寻求解决办法，力求为我国股指期货的发展尽力，让股指期货更快的发挥作用。 关键词：股指期货 股票市场 特有风险 投资主体 沪深300股票指数 Abstract Stock Index Futures as one of financial futures, with hedging, price discovery, to avoid the risks of the stock system.
