氧化沟污水处理监控与节能减排 【设计总说明】任务来源：氧化沟污水处理监控与节能减排毕业设计的题目为上海市闵行区污水处理厂设计——三沟式氧化沟工艺。主要任务是完成该污水处理厂初步设计及单项处理构筑物施工图设计。其中初步设计要完成设计说明书一份、污水处理厂总平面图一张及污水处理厂污水与污泥高程图一张，主要是完成三沟式氧化沟平面图。该污水厂的污水处理流程为：居民污水池污水汇总后，通过流量控制进入沉砂池，然后通过水流管将污水引流到处理系统内，经过转刷曝气池后再流入氧化沟最后通过出水口将处理过的水引流出；污泥的流程为：从沉砂池内污泥通过排泥管集中到污泥井中，最后外运处置。污水处理厂处理后的出水要达到国家污水综合排放标准（GB8978-1996）中的一级标准。所选择三沟式氧化沟工艺，它是一种连续流活性污泥法，只是将曝气、沉淀工序集于一体，并具有按时间顺序交替轮换运行的特点，其运转周期可根据处理水质的不同进行调整，从而使其运行操作更趋于灵活方便。这种工艺流程简单，无需另设一次、二次沉淀池和污泥回流装置，使氧化沟工艺的基建投资和运行费用大为降低，并在一定程度上解决了以往氧化沟占地面积大的缺点。同时在居民蓄水池装有液面控制器，可是自动控制居民蓄水池与进水闸井之间的联系。而且在居民蓄水池与进水闸井还装有时间控制器，这样便可制定周一到周五的工作模式，以及周六至周日的节假日模式。然后在工作模式以及节假日模式中，再设立各个时间段模式，以此来达到节能减排的目的。同时，在污水处理厂所需用到的各个灯光照明系统都采用了LED太阳能灯光，更进一步起到了整体的节能减排的效果。 【关键词】 三沟式氧化沟工艺 LED太阳能灯光 时间控制器 液位控制器 Process monitoring and energy-saving emission reduction oxidation ditch wastewater 【General Specification】Mission source: oxidation ditch sewage treatment monitoring and energy saving of graduation design topic for Shanghai Minhang district wastewater treatment plant design-three-ditch type oxidation ditch process.
