Abstract Keratoplasty rejection is the main failure factor of keratoplasty. The influences of immune suspression are the key of successful operation. Many researches show that TGF-β has close relationship of immune suspression in keratoplasty and other organ transplantation. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristi
