临床医学论文-３０°~４５°体位腹腔镜拖出式阑尾切除术９０６例分析 ??????? 作者：吕忠船，郭吉田，胡金晨，荆鹏程，张翼飞 【摘要】? 目的：探讨30°~45°体位腹腔镜拖出式阑尾切除术的优越性。方法：回顾性分析1998年4月至2004年12 月906例患者30°~45°体位腹腔镜拖出式阑尾切除资料。结果：所有患者均在30°~４5°体位下行拖出式腹腔镜阑尾切除术（ＬＡ）,术后1例并发切口出血 ,13例切口感染,无残株炎、粪漏、粘连性肠梗阻等并发症发生。结论：30°~45°体位腹腔镜拖出式阑尾切除术较四孔法、三孔法具有创伤小、并发症少、手术时间明显缩短等优点,但有一定的局限性。 　　【关键词】? 阑尾切除术，腹腔镜;拖出式 　　The analysis of 906 cases with the pullingout laparoscopic appendectomy with 30° ４５° position Ｌ 　　【Abstract】?
