摘　　要 介绍了一种PLC作为核心控制器的自动除铁装置，矿石拣铁装置是一套综合的设备，它由金属探测器、传感控制器、电磁吸盘、分离平台、除铁斗、行走小车机构、金属机构支架和电气控制系统的组成。它主要适用于拣除弱磁性物料中的铁件，防止铁料撕裂皮带或流到下一道设备里造成下道设备损坏，可以有效的保护运输机，破碎机，研磨机等机械设备的正常运转。 当第一个金属探测器检测到有铁信号时，给PLC发送来铁信号，PLC通过不同电压来控制电磁吸盘的强磁，保磁，弱磁，及去磁等各种情况，通过限位开关实现行走小车的位置控制，从而将废铁从皮带上拣出。当有漏拣情况时，第二个金属检测器会检测到有铁信号，PLC控制停止皮带，人工处理。 本课题完成了高炉运矿皮带拣铁装置控制系统的硬件部分的设计。实现了PLC对高炉运矿皮带拣铁装置的自动控制。 关键词：矿石拣铁装置;金属探测器;plcAbstract Introducted a PLC controller as the core of antomatic devices in addition to iren,iron ore sorting devic is a comprehensive set of equipment,from metal detectors,sensing controller,electromagnetic sucker,separate platform,with the exception of iron bucket,walking car agencies.Metal stent institutions and the composition of electrical control system.It is mainly applied to pick the weak magnetic materials in addition to the pieces of iron to prevent iron belt or tear into the material under an equipment under the Road,causing machines and other equipment to the normal Operation.
